BRIEFLY ABOUT THE CURRENT SEAL 07 PLUG-IN HYBRID
The current BYD Seal 07 DM-i plug-in hybrid launched in September 2025. It received a facelift with a roof-mounted LiDAR and the God’s Eye-B intelligent driving system. It measures 4,995 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width and 1,495 mm in height with a 2,900 mm wheelbase. The upcoming BYD Seal 07 EV keeps the same length and wheelbase and grows slightly wider at 1,910 mm. Both versions keep the Ocean Aesthetics exterior and driver-assistance features.
UPDATED BYD SEAL 07 EV FEATURES
The BYD Seal 07 EV keeps the same design approach as the DM-i variant. The front has a closed grille, narrow headlights and a three-section air intake. The rear features a full-width taillight with a chrome trim along the top. The roof-mounted LiDAR signals support for expanded driver-assistance functions.

The MIIT filing lists a length of 4,995 mm, width of 1,910 mm and height of 1,495 mm with a 2,900 mm wheelbase. These figures place the BYD Seal 07 EV in the mid-size sedan segment. A TZ200XYAT electric motor from BYD in Nanjing produces up to 240 kW. A lithium iron phosphate battery from Zhengzhou Fudi Battery Co. Ltd supplies energy. The filing does not include battery capacity or estimated range.

Current BYD Seal 07 DM-i models start at 149,800 yuan and reach 186,800 yuan. The BYD Seal 07 EV price remains unlisted.
