Upcoming Jeep Wagoneer S reaches 60 mph in 3.5 seconds.

Jeep is teasing the future Jeep Wagoneer S EV, which was previously unveiled in October 2022. The firm claimed that the “S” stands for “speed” at the time, and it’s back now to prove it.

Jeep claims that the Wagoneer S, an all-electric vehicle, can accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h in 3.5 seconds due to its aerodynamic efficiency. It will generate 600 horsepower to accomplish that feat.

The Jeep Wagoneer S will be available in the United States in the fall of this year, and then “in key markets around the world” at a later date, according to Jeep. It is, therefore, closer than ever. It will include “standard 4xe capability” (where “e” refers for electric, we presume), all-terrain management, “advanced Jeep brand-focused technology” (whatever that means), and a sleek exterior design. Speaking of which, here’s the teaser shot of the front that Jeep provided today.

That clearly looks like a Jeep, but the grille appears to have been modernized and LED-ified. The Jeep Wagoneer S will be part of Jeep’s effort to electrify its lineup and transform “4xe into the new 4×4” while maintaining the brand’s distinctive personality. That is obviously a dual-motor system.
