Spy shot Of The New Genesis Electrified GV70

The first public sighting of the updated Genesis Electrified GV70 gives us a preview of the production vehicle before it is formally unveiled. Less than a month has passed since Genesis debuted the upgraded EV at the LA Auto Show, showcasing its improved technology, longer range, and streamlined style.

HealerTV captured footage of the Electrified GV70 driving on public roads while showing off its new look. With its distinctive G-Matrix Crest Grille and eye-catching two-line headlights with microlens array technology, the new front fascia instantly draws attention. The SUV’s dynamic posture is enhanced by larger air intakes, while the updated wheels lend a refined touch. Along with the redesigned headlamps, the rear also gets a minor makeover with new turn signals.

Although the video did not show the interior, an official reveal informed us that it had an opulent cabin with a huge 27-inch OLED display that doubles as the infotainment system and driver information cluster. Numerous vehicle functions are managed by an innovative voice control system, and EV-specific features like marble-like design elements and ambient mood lighting add to the luxurious atmosphere.

Beneath the surface is one of the biggest improvements. The 77.4 kWh battery of the 2025 Electrified GV70 is replaced with a larger 84 kWh battery. It is anticipated that this modification will increase the driving range beyond the present 236 miles.

The Electrified GV70 is anticipated to be available from Genesis in Advanced AWD and Prestige AWD trim levels. Although the exact price has not yet been disclosed, it is expected to be comparable to the $66,950 and $73,750 US prices of the current model.
