Zeekr unveils 007 GT wagon the first time ahead of launch

Zeekr introduces the 007 GT, a wagon variation of the 007 sedan, to its inventory. The Zeekr 007 GT will be known as the Zeekr 7 GT outside of China and will be released in the second quarter of 2025.

The design is similar to a sedan, but with the extra functionality and unique style of a wagon body. The first teaser image posted by Zeekr clearly shows a sleek, sloping roofline that extends to the rear, creating a more roomy cargo area while maintaining a sporty look.

Detailed specifications remain unknown, however it is almost expected that the 007 GT will use the same powertrain options as the 007 sedan. This features a single-motor 415 hp rear-wheel drive version and a dual-motor 636 hp all-wheel drive model. The sedan’s 100 kWh NMC battery pack allows for a range of up to 383 miles on the CLTC cycle. The GT variant is expected to have similar, albeit slightly lower, range estimates.

The 007 sedan is Zeekr’s first model geared at the mainstream EV market, starting at RMB 208,800 (roughly $28,400). The 007 GT, with its more distinctive style and presumably better performance choices, is anticipated to cost a higher price than the sedan.

Zeekr’s choice to release a wagon version of the 007 demonstrates the increasing popularity of this body shape among Chinese EV consumers. Zeekr’s best-selling item is the 001 shooting brake, despite not being a wagon.
