EV two-wheeler retail sales:

• 2024: 11,49,416 units
• 2025: 12,79,951 units

Penetration increased to 6.3 percent.

Implications

Royal Enfield’s strategy avoids price competition. Flying Flea targets differentiation through design and positioning. Volume expectations remain secondary to brand placement.
