Rivian offers discounts on the R1S SUV and R1T pickup vehicle. You must have an ICE or hybrid vehicle, as the company will assist you in transitioning to all-electric.
If you do, all you need to do is buy and get an R1S or R1T before March 31. You will receive a reward that varies by trim as follows:
- Dual with Max battery: $3,000 / CAD 4,300 off
- Dual with Max battery and Performance upgrade: $4,500 / CAD 6,500 off
- Tri with Max battery: $6,000 / CAD 8,600 off
Of course, even with the price reductions, they will still be very costly automobiles, but it’s a kind gesture from Rivian that may help raise its sales in the first quarter slightly.
To take advantage of this offer, first place an order for your R1S or R1T, then fill out a trade-in request (so that the firm can verify that you own a hybrid or ICE vehicle – no real trade-in is required), and finally contact a sales professional to get your discount applied.
