Xiaomi already announced that it managed to ship more than 40,000 cars again in November, with the full numbers confirmed today by the China Passenger Car Association. The highlight of Xiaomi’s lineup this month was the Xiaomi YU7, which continues to attract strong buyer demand.

November 2025 Xiaomi Car Deliveries Overview
In November, Xiaomi delivered 46,249 cars. From January to November, the total reached 361,625 units. The November figure is 4.94% lower than October’s, marking the first month-on-month drop since July.
Xiaomi YU7 Leads SUV Sales
The star of Xiaomi’s show was the YU7, launched in June. It recorded 33,729 deliveries in November, slightly above October’s 33,662, setting a new record for the SUV segment.

Monthly Delivery Numbers
| Model | November 2025 Deliveries | October 2025 Deliveries | Change (%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xiaomi YU7 | 33,729 | 33,662 | +0.2% |
| Xiaomi SU7 | 12,520 | 14,981 | -16.49% |
Comparison with SU7 Sedan
Some of the YU7’s growth appears to have come at the expense of the SU7 Sedan. Only 12,520 units of the SU7 (including the SU7 Ultra) were delivered in November, 16.49% lower than October. This marks the SU7’s fourth consecutive month of declining deliveries, suggesting customers prefer the Xiaomi YU7.
Cumulative Sales: YU7 vs SU7
Looking at January to November cumulative sales, the SU7 still leads with 247,041 units, compared to the YU7’s 114,584 deliveries. The Xiaomi YU7 has steadily increased its market presence, signaling strong potential for the coming months.
What the Xiaomi YU7 Performance Means for the Market
Even with the SU7 maintaining higher annual numbers, the Xiaomi YU7’s monthly performance shows it is capturing attention quickly, reinforcing Xiaomi’s SUV strategy. Customers are increasingly favoring the YU7, which could shape Xiaomi’s upcoming model focus.
