Lynk & Co 10 vs Lynk & Co 02

Both cars carry the Lynk & Co badge, a Geely-Volvo venture now majority-owned by Zeekr, but they serve very different drivers. The Lynk & Co 10 is a large, performance-leaning electric sedan built for tech-savvy buyers in China who want Xiaomi SU7-rivaling speed and charging. The Lynk & Co 02 is a compact electric crossover aimed at European buyers who want an everyday city-and-highway SUV with practical range. This comparison matters now because the 10 just launched in April 2026 as a rebrand of the earlier Z10 concept, while the 02 has been on sale in Europe as Lynk & Co’s mainstream EV offering.

Lynk & Co 10 vs Lynk & Co 02

Range & Charging
The 10 quotes up to 816 km on the CLTC cycle with its larger 900V/95kWh battery, or a base 800V/77kWh pack. CLTC figures run optimistic, so real-world range is likely 15-20% lower. Its headline feature is ultra-fast charging: 10-80% in about 10.5 minutes on the base battery, and the flagship 10+ variant hits 10-97% in under 9 minutes on a compatible ultra-fast charger. The 02 uses the stricter WLTP standard, rated at 445 km, with a 66 kWh usable battery. DC fast charging tops out at 150 kW, giving a realistic 10-80% charge in roughly 30 minutes — solid, but nowhere near the 10’s numbers. AC charging on the 02 tops out around 22 kW.

Price, Availability & Market Fit
The Lynk & Co 10 pre-sale price sits between RMB 200,000-230,000 (about $27,500-33,300), with single- and dual-motor variants, and is currently China-only. The Lynk & Co 02 starts at €35,495 in Europe, with a handful of color and equipment trims. In short: if you’re shopping in Europe, the 02 is the only one of the two you can actually buy; if you’re in China and want the fastest-charging sedan on the market, the 10 is your answer.

Ecosystem & Rival Context
Within Lynk & Co’s own lineup, the 10 sits alongside the performance-focused 10+ and the PHEV-based 08 SUV. The 02 shares its SEA platform with the Volvo EX30, giving European buyers a related option with different styling. Outside the brand, the 10 competes directly with the Xiaomi SU7, while the 02 competes with the VW ID.3 and Volvo EX30 in the compact EV crossover space. The 10 wins on raw charging speed and range; the 02 wins on being a proven, purchasable SUV shape that suits everyday European driving and parking.

Pros & Cons

Lynk & Co 10: Charging speed is genuinely class-leading, cutting road-trip downtime to a coffee break rather than a meal. The CLTC range figure, even discounted for real-world driving, comfortably covers multi-day use without daily charging. Sporty handling and strong power output appeal to buyers who want performance, not just efficiency. On the downside, it’s not yet available outside China, so most international buyers can’t purchase one. CLTC range claims are optimistic and haven’t been independently verified in mixed real-world conditions.

Lynk & Co 02: WLTP-rated range is realistic and independently tested, giving buyers more confidence in the number. It’s a practical SUV body style, useful for cargo and everyday family use. It’s already sold and serviced across Europe, so ownership support exists today. On the downside, its 150 kW charging is noticeably slower than newer rivals. Starting price is higher than some similarly-sized European EV crossovers.

Quick Verdict

Choose the Lynk & Co 10 if you prioritize charging speed and long-distance range, and you’re shopping in China. Choose the Lynk & Co 02 if you need a compact SUV you can actually buy and service in Europe today. The trade-off is availability and body style, not raw technology.
