The Mini Countryman Electric is a compact electric SUV from Mini. It sits in the C-segment and uses a five-door crossover body. It is the largest model in the Mini EV lineup, offering more cabin space and cargo capacity than the smaller hatch and crossover models.
The Countryman Electric uses a battery of around 64 kWh usable capacity. WLTP range reaches up to about 460 km depending on version. It is available in single-motor front-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive variants. DC fast charging supports up to about 130 kW. AC charging supports up to 11 kW.
Pricing places it at the top of the Mini electric range. It suits buyers who need more rear seat space, higher driving position, and longer range for mixed city and highway use. Within the same brand, it sits above the Mini Cooper Electric and the Mini Aceman in size and cost. Alternatives include the Volvo EX40 and the Hyundai Kona Electric. Compared to the Volvo EX40, the Countryman offers similar range but a more compact footprint and lower entry price in many markets.
