Polestar 3 is a fully electric SUV in the large luxury segment. It offers a five-door body with seating for five adults and a focus on stability and space. It uses a simple Scandinavian interior layout with a flat floor and upright seating.
Polestar 3 uses a large battery pack around 111 kWh gross capacity. Range is about 610 km WLTP in rear-wheel drive form and lower with dual motors and heavier options. DC fast charging capability reaches around 205 kW, allowing a charge from 10 to 80 percent in around 30 minutes on a compatible network. AC charging supports up to 22 kW.
Pricing sits above Polestar 2 and typically above many midsize electric SUVs, closer to premium luxury EV pricing. It suits buyers who want room, range, and strong safety features in a large SUV. Other models in the brand include the Polestar 4 and the Polestar 5 electric sedan. Alternatives include Audi Q8 e‑tron and Mercedes EQE SUV. Compared with the Audi Q8 e-tron, Polestar 3 trades higher peak charging power for a simpler infotainment setup and upright interior space.
