The Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo is a premium electric estate based on the Taycan platform. It sits in the executive segment and combines performance with added cargo space. Unlike the standard Taycan sedan, the Sport Turismo uses a longer roofline and larger rear hatch for improved practicality.
The model uses the Performance Battery Plus with a gross capacity of 93.4 kWh. WLTP range reaches up to around 642 km depending on variant and wheel size. It operates on an 800 volt electrical system and supports DC fast charging up to 320 kW in updated versions. Under ideal conditions, 10 to 80 percent charging takes about 18 minutes. AC charging is rated at 11 kW.
Pricing places it above many electric estates and close to high performance executive EVs. It suits drivers who want sports car handling with more usable boot space for family or work use. Within the brand, buyers can also look at the Porsche Taycan and the Porsche Macan Electric. Main alternatives include the Audi e-tron GT and the BMW i5 Touring. Compared with the Audi e-tron GT, the Taycan Sport Turismo offers more rear headroom and cargo flexibility, while both share similar core EV architecture.
