Tomberlin Automotive LXR E2+2 is an electric low-speed vehicle in the golf cart / neighborhood transport segment. It has a 2+2 seating layout with two front seats and two rear seats. It uses automotive-style features and four-wheel brakes, and is designed for short local trips rather than highway driving.
It uses a lithium-ion battery pack (EVOLVE L210) with a motor rated at about 5 kW and peak output near 17 hp. Range is up to about 80 miles per charge in normal use. Top speed is around 25 mph, typical for low-speed vehicles. Charging is via an onboard smart charger (about 1050 W), and a full charge from a standard outlet takes several hours.
Price sits around $18,899 to around $21,450 before tax, fees, and options. This places it above basic carts but below some premium models. Suits users who want street-legal neighborhood transport, resort mobility, or short community errands. Other models from the brand include Tomberlin E-Merge GT and E-Merge SS. Alternatives in the same general segment include Club Car Onward and E-Z-GO Freedom RXV. Compared with Club Car Onward, LXR E2+2 has a larger battery option and more focus on comfort.
