The Lidl Crivit Folding Electric Bike 530 Wh has made its official debut in a few European markets, adding to the company’s expanding selection of reasonably priced e-bikes, which already includes the Crivit X.3 and Y.3 models that were introduced earlier in 2025.
Performance and Battery
With a top assisted speed of 25 kph (~16 mph), the 250W Ananda M131 rear hub motor of the Crivit Folding Electric Bike produces 40 Nm of torque. Depending on their needs, riders can select from three riding modes: Eco, Tour, and Race. A Boost button gives them an additional boost of power. Additionally, a walking assistance mode is available for simpler off-saddle maneuvering.
A 530 Wh battery, which can provide up to 80 km (~50 miles) of pedal-assist range when fully charged, powers the system. The battery is perfect for weekend rides or daily commuting because it takes about 5.5 hours to fully recharge.

Components and Build
The e-bike’s 7-speed Shimano Tourney drivetrain and Tektro MD-M300 mechanical disc brakes provide dependable stopping power and seamless gear changes. On city roads, its 20 x 2.25-inch Kenda K841 tires provide a good balance of comfort and traction.
Additional features include:
- 40 lux front headlight and rear light
- Bell, double kickstand, and fenders
- AtranVelo luggage rack for extra storage
- LED display showing current mode and battery level
The folding electric bike weighs 23.3 kg (about 51.4 lbs) and has an aluminum frame. The model is said to fit riders who are between 160 and 195 cm (~5’3″–6’5″ tall), though Lidl has not disclosed the folded dimensions.
Pricing and Availability
The Lidl Crivit Folding Electric Bike 530 Wh is now on sale in:
- The Netherlands and France for €1,099, available in black or green
- Belgium for €899.99, but only in black
Orders placed in France should arrive by November 17, while deliveries in the Netherlands should arrive before November 7. By November 7, Belgian customers should also receive their e-bikes. It’s unclear why the price is lower in Belgium, and it’s unclear if the green version will be available there in the future.
