Porsche Cayenne Coupé Electric Debuts at Auto China 2026 With 416-Mile Range and 1,156 hp Top Model
Porsche has unveiled the Cayenne Coupé Electric at the Auto China 2026 show in Beijing — a sleeker, lower variant of the standard Cayenne Electric with a more aerodynamic profile, longer range, and a top-spec Turbo model that produces 1,156 hp.

Three Power Variants, One Shared Platform
Porsche is launching the Cayenne Coupé Electric in three versions:
The base Cayenne Coupé Electric produces 300 kW (408 hp), rising to 325 kW under Launch Control. It reaches 62 mph in 4.8 seconds and tops out at 143 mph.
The Cayenne S Coupé Electric steps up to 400 kW standard and 490 kW with overboost. That cuts the 0–62 mph sprint to 3.8 seconds, with a 155 mph top speed.
The Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric is the one that gets attention: 630 kW base, but 850 kW (1,156 hp) in boost mode. Zero to 62 mph takes 2.5 seconds. For a full-size SUV, that figure is genuinely difficult to make sense of.

Better Aerodynamics Mean More Range
The coupe’s sloping roofline — inspired by the 911’s silhouette — isn’t purely cosmetic. It drops the drag coefficient to Cd 0.23, compared to 0.25 on the standard Cayenne Electric. That difference translates to a meaningful real-world gain: up to 416 miles of range, roughly 11 miles more than the non-coupe version.
The car sits 24 mm lower than the standard SUV at 1,650 mm tall, spans 4,985 mm in length and 1,980 mm wide, and gets a unique windshield and an active rear spoiler.

400 kW Fast Charging on an 800V System
Porsche equipped the Cayenne Coupé Electric with an 800V architecture capable of accepting up to 400 kW DC fast charging. Standard home charging comes via an 11 kW onboard unit, with a 22 kW upgrade available as an option.

Cabin Tech and Everyday Usability
Inside, the Cayenne Coupé Electric carries a digital driver display, a dedicated front-passenger screen, and an optional head-up display. Widget-based customization lets owners rearrange the interface the way they would a smartphone home screen.
Despite the sporty packaging, it remains usable. Boot space runs from 534 to 1,347 litres depending on seat configuration, a 90-litre front storage compartment adds extra capacity, and towing capacity reaches 3,500 kg. Air suspension comes as standard across all variants.

For buyers who want the car to feel even lighter, Porsche offers a Lightweight Sport package that replaces the roof with carbon fibre, adds 22-inch wheels, and sheds 17.6 kg. It also brings Pepita cloth seats — a nod to vintage Porsche motorsport interiors.
Availability
Porsche has not yet confirmed pricing or market availability for the Cayenne Coupé Electric outside of China. More details are expected in the coming months.
